Dona Graça is located in a vibrant area of Lisbon and offers a unique experience. The historic building from the early 19th century is surrounded by an orange tree garden with a swimming pool, creating a relaxed atmosphere after exploring the city.
The entrance, with its original Moorish tile floor, sets the tone for what lies ahead: a charming house with a genuine Lisbon vibe. Stone steps lead to the apartment levels, and terracotta pots establish the overall interior design concept. The blend of old and contemporary elements highlights the passage of time.
From the main street, one would never guess the existence of a private garden, a well-kept secret reserved only for those who choose to visit Dona Graça.

The orange-tree garden with the pool is a well-kept secret, the beating heart of the Dona Graça house. With an emphasis on slow living and lazy drawn-out afternoons, the garden space flows seamlessly into the secluded pool area. A pure contrast to the buzzing city life of Lisbon, it offers guests a quiet spot to recharge before nightfall.
Having breakfast at our outside communal table, built by local craftsmen, offers a peaceful start for your day. Enjoy the tree shades, recline on a daybed, and spend lazy days outside with friends, family and like-minded travellers.
