RATES
All rates for the apartments published on Dona Graça's website are quoted in Euro (€) as a daily rate and do not include local and government taxes.
Your rental comes with the facilities listed on the relevant web page. Rates are subject to change without notice. Accommodation is subject to availability.
OCCUPANCY / NUMBER OF GUESTS
All apartments (except family apartments); to 1 or 2 guests.
Family Apartment; to 1 or 4 guests.
One extra bed (sofa bed) per apartment can be requested for one child up to 12 years old, costing 65€ (daily rate).
Children under three years old stay free of charge.
Baby cot with a cost of 15€
The Dona Graça reserves the right to refuse extra guests if the number exceeds the maximum capacity of any given apartment after a booking has been made. Suppose additional guests unexpectedly arrive at the property on or after the arrival date. In that case, Dona Graça's Management Team can refuse the guests or make an additional charge.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All the bookings are pre-paid. We only accept bank transfer payments. We can only confirm reservations after receiving the proof of the bank transfer to our booking email info@dona-graca.com.
We will send you an Invoice with the name of the reservations. If you want to include any VAT number or the invoice in a different name or company name, please inform us on the booking form.
If you have any problems or doubts during the booking process, please contact us at our booking email info@dona-graca.com.
Paying the total amount confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on the Guests' intention to occupy the premises whether or not such persons have signed the booking form.

Housekeeping services of the apartments (including clean sheets and towels).
Rates do not include personal items & expenses and any excessive cleaning required upon departure. The cleaning only consists of a towel change on stays of two nights and over and a change of sheets for stays of five nights and over. Upon request, a more frequent cleaning is always possible at an additional charge. No other additional services, non-mentioned here, are included.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to Dona Graça in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding your stay must be brought to the management's attention as early as possible during your visit and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified in writing no later than 14 days after departure.
CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR
The guest booking with Dona Graça should behave appropriately, and the usage of the apartment, as well as the building's common areas (lobby, reception, corridors, stairways, garden), should be equally orderly and civilized. Should any guest fail to behave in such a manner, Dona Graça' Management Team may, at their absolute discretion, ask the offending Guest (s) to vacate the apartment and the premises immediately.
RESPECT FOR OWNER'S PROPERTY
In case of an event that leads to breaking or damage to any item inside the apartment or the building, Dona Graça's Management Team should be informed immediately. Please do not remove or take with you things from the property at the end of your stay; they do not belong to you. Any items missing will be considered stolen. Please use your apartment to handle all fixtures and fittings carefully. Any unlawful damage will be charged. If the Guest's behavior is deemed unacceptable by the Management Team, they have the right to terminate the stay immediately without any due refund.
Guests are kindly asked to abide by any and all rules and regulations set out by Dona Graça. Rules and regulations are set out for everyone and are helpful when managing and running a hotel business. So please, kindly abide by them and be considerate of others.
If a guest wishes for any item to be received or helped by the Dona Graça before arrival or after departure, advance notice will be required. The Dona Graça retains the right to deny receipt of such items. The sender will bear any costs incurred for the return. All items are left at the owner's risk and may be subject to search. Please note that should an item be locked or sealed, and it is the responsibility of the owner of the article to facilitate access. The Company is not liable for any flood, fire, or damage to the items.
VALUABLES
Dona Graça won't be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the Guest's (as well as their guests') stay at the accommodation, including (but not exclusive to) personal injury or damage to possessions, non-losses caused by arson, theft, criminal behavior, misplacement, or Acts of God. Likewise, we are accountable for any problems related to the supply of services, such as electricity, gas, or water, if these are beyond our control. Use of the room safe does not extend the Hotel's liability under any innkeeper act or legislation.
DOCUMENTATION
All Guests are responsible for their passports, identification documents, visas, and health certificate requirements. Dona Graça will bear no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in such documents.
CCTV
Dona Graça has CCTV installed in standard, and some staff areas, and video recordings may be made. This activity is carried out for security and service reasons for the better management of the Hotel and security for all guests and staff.
IMAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Dona Graça must authorize all photography or filming for commercial purposes. Any improper use of the Hotel brand name, images, or logo, including trademarks or trade names, made without the consent of the Hotel, will be subject to appropriate legal action.
All information, data, and materials presented on this website, including identity, names, logos, content, layouts, etc., are subject to copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property rights. Such content may be used only if authorized by Dona Graça and strictly enquired for permitted personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use or reproduction of such content without the prior written consent of Dona Graça is prohibited. It will constitute a breach of these Terms and may infringe the Lisboans intellectual property rights.
Other registered trademarks not the property of Figura Favorável, Lda, featured on this website, belong to their owners.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Dona Graça and its owners, directors, management, and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury, or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, nor while traveling to or from the property. Dona Graça cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however, it may be caused.

GENERAL

The maximum capacity for the apartments is 2 adults. the maximum capacity for the family apartment is 4 adults. all the apartments can accommodate on a sofa bed, one child more up to 12 years old.

During low season, the family apartment may be booked for an adjusted price depending on how many people will stay in the family apartment and the requested time of year. these conditions are subject to availability and can be confirmed by a team member. ·

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking, is not permitted in the Dona Graça´s complex except for the garden area.

The usage of the apartment is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking conditions, other people are not allowed in the property.

A damage deposit will be required at the check in, guests are responsible for ensuring everything is in the exact same condition as when they arrived.

Please be aware guests are subject to extra charges for any non-compliance of our terms and conditions presented above.

Any photo or video prodution for advertisment, propaganda or commercial purpose are strictly forbidden during the stay. Photoshoots and media matters must be discussed before booking.

Quiet hours from 09:00 pm until 08:00 am . For the comfort and enjoy of both guests and neighbours, we request noise levels be kept to a minimum during quiet hours
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation made* 30 days before arrival: 50% deposit refunded.
Cancellation made 29 days before arrival: 100% of deposit charged.
Bookings over the Easter and Christmas holidays are only refundable if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival.
*Until 2 p.m. (local), Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. To cancel a reservation, please get in touch with info@dona-graca.com. Refunding any of the abovementioned percentages can take 5 to 25 days after the cancellation, depending on the bank.
No refunds are given for ‘no show’ vouchers, flight cancellations, delays, or departures from the houses early or by any mistake in the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.
