By keeping this data, Dona Graça improves the service delivered to the Guest every time there is a returning guest. It allows the Guest to confirm prior transactions and reconcile statements or invoices and helps keep the Guest informed of the latest offers or other information that may be of interest. When making a reservation:

At the time of making a reservation on Dona Graça's website, the Guest will be required to complete a reservation profile, which will contain their personal information, such as name, address, contacts, information about his children (for example, name, date of birth, age), as well as specific guarantee and deposit information needed to secure the reservation. By transmitting his data, the Guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy.

During the stay:

During the stay, Dona Graça may record the Guest's data to correctly assemble a portfolio, which helps in case the Guest wants to stay in one of the apartments again, set our rate, and other possible expenses billed to that Guest. This information is also recorded for Dona Graça to comply with financial reporting requirements, including those imposed by auditors and government regulators. Certain information might be collected as local laws require (e.g., passport data for SEF). Information concerning the Guest's stay may also be stored (i.e., special requests, service issues). This data is kept in Dona Graça's property management system and combined with previous visits' information. In addition, the content of any document that the Guest sends Dona Graça before, during, or following their stay (including letters, comment cards, electronic documents such as e-mails, and other similar forms of communication) may be retained. This information may be shared with Dona Graça's employees.

HOW WE STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Furthermore, measures are taken to ensure that only designated individuals have access to this information. Other transaction information is kept, such as the number of stays and the number of nights of each visit.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION MAY BE PROVIDED TO THIRD PARTIES

Using contractual or other arrangements, Dona Graça ensures these parties protect any personal information in a manner consistent with the principles articulated in this Privacy Policy. Guest's data will only be shared without his consent, outside Dona Graça services, where:

It is required or authorized by law to do so (for example, in response to a legal subpoena).
