Set in our favourite corner in lisbon, The dona graça, gives you a real flavour of local life. We are located in the vibrant neighbourhood of graça, close to the city center but away from the crowds.

    Check out until 11:00 AM

  • Late check-out requests must be made at the Dona Graça reception.

    Maximize your stay with our late check-out option available until 2:00 PM, for just an additional €50.

  • The Dona Graça breakfast fresh products (e.g. orange juice, bread, croissants) are delivered to the apartment door between 8:00 - 8:15 AM.

    The other breakfast products such as milk, yogurt, butter, cheese, and ham can be found in the kitchen refrigerator.

    The items in the refrigerator are placed into the inventory at check-in, and during your stay, you can request more of those products at the Dona Graça reception.

  • "Operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM."

    The pool is only for guests currently staying at the hotel. Non-staying guests are not allowed to enter the pool area under any circumstances. The management has the right to deny entry or ask non-staying guests to leave at any time.

    An adult must accompany children.

    Diving is not permitted.

    Pool depth: 1.10m.

    To protect guest privacy, no photography or videography allowed at the Dona Graça pool area.

  • Your apartment can be cleaned daily. You decide which days you want your apartment cleaned. Hang the Dona Graça card “Please make my room” outside the apartment for the housekeeping team to know your request.

  • Eying guests, the DONA GRAÇA car park provides convenient parking at just €15 per day. Secure your spot now and enjoy a hassle-free stay.

  • From 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

    For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and neighbors, we kindly ask everyone to keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours.

    Smoking is prohibited within the Dona Graça's complex to maintain a healthy and pleasant environment for all residents and guests. However, you are welcome to indulge in a smoke at the garden area and balconies. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping us create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

  • We think that strolling is the ideal way to explore and experience the lively rhythm of Lisbon. However, we understand that Lisbon can be quite hilly at times.

    TAXI/UBER

    A taxi or Uber ride to or from the city's major districts to Dona Graça will cost approximately €5.00 to €10.00, depending on traffic conditions..

    PRIVATE CAR

    Keep in mind that most street parking is paid, and at certain times of the day, it can be difficult to find, except for the outskirts of Lisbon; Belém, Cascais, Guincho, or Costa da Caparica.

    TRAM

    You can find the 28 Tram on the main square of Graça. It runs down to Baixa (downtown) and is a great option to explore the old neighborhoods like Alfama and Chiado..
